HOUSE FOR SALE!

It's been a few months since my last post, because things have been very busy! We have completed a million little projects to get the house ready to list.
-power washing
-touch up paint throughout house
-refinishing wood floors upstairs
-repainting top floor
-finishing molding on main
-landscaping front beds
and more...

Morgan is our official Realtor and we're listing the house May 1.

Thankfully, we had Nanc's help this weekend. She was great! She helped with Myles as we completed our long list of things to get done. But she also shared incredibly useful information on how to stage the house, take pictures, and make our home enticing to potential buyers.
