Maderas Beach

Maderas Playa was our destination today.

We headed out in a jeep to cross this little mountain in order to get to Maderas Playa.



This took me back to a certain excursion trip I took in Laos, but felt a lot safer somehow. As you can see, all smiles.





Myles was soothed right to sleep from the bumpy ride the dirt road presented.



Once we got there, we scoped out the one tree that could provide some shade for Magoo and set up camp. We had a great time.

We played in the sand.



We played in the water.


We took naps.


We explored the wildlife.


We enjoyed the beautiful scenery.



And the trip ended as it began... with a soothing ride.


We got home in time to play at the park, get in a yoga session, and watch the sunset.
